No additional kids/guests are allowed. I DO NOT work over another tech’s work, no foreign fills.

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

*DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to the nature of our creative work, please be considerate with our time as we take time to prepare for your special service. Must reschedule within 24 hours, if not deposit will be forfeited and another deposit to re-book will be required. Please note you may only re-schedule an appointment ONCE.

No call/No show: You will be charged 100% (the full amount) of your service. You will not be allowed to re-book with me again.

***Note when booking your appointment with us, you agree to our terms&conditions. We do hold your debit/credit card on file to hold your appointment. If you cancel less than 24-hours from your appointment, we will charge your card 100%. If the card on file is denied, you will then owe a credit when booking again. If the credit is not completed, you will no longer be able to book with Vivid Lux Lashes.

There are no refunds available for services rendered. In order to address any concerns or issues you may have, please make sure to reach out to me within a 24-hour timeframe. After this period, unfortunately, adjustments or modifications cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.

Required Deposits:

✦ A non-refundable & non-transferrable deposit required at time of booking (amount goes towards to Total Service) 

✦ Reminder email will be sent 24 hours before your appointment with location.

✦ Arrive on TIME, I expect you to be laid down at the time of your appointment.

✦ If you are late to your appointment (there is a 5-minute grace period), you will be charged an additional late-fee of $10 at 6 minutes.

✦ If you are running late message me to let me know, if after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of your service. Please respect my time and my other clients time.

✦ Book fills 2 weeks at a time, anything after 2 weeks is considered a full set and you are subject to pay a fullest price at my discretion. 

✦ Arrive with fresh clean lashes, no makeup, old glue or use of any oil based moisturizers. Avoid coffee/ caffeine before your appointment.
